Tiro Connect is a digital gig marketplace built for Botswana: one place where skilled talent, everyday clients and registered companies can find each other, verify each other, and get work done without the friction of hiring informally.
We hold payments until work is signed off, check every profile before it goes live, and keep the whole platform focused on Botswana, not a global marketplace with Botswana bolted on.
Built specifically for Botswana's labour market.
Skills training and accreditation delivered with the Rapid Skills Development Centre.
Backed by an organisation focused on real economic opportunity.
Too much skill in Botswana goes unseen. Talented tradespeople, artisans and professionals lose work to word-of-mouth and informal hiring, while clients and companies struggle to find people they can trust and verify.
Tiro Connect exists to close that gap with a single, verified platform where the work is visible, the people are checked, and payment is protected on both sides.
Our mission is simple: make it easy to find, verify and hire real Botswana talent, whether that's a once-off gig, a long project, or a full-time hire, and make sure the people doing the work get paid fairly and on time.
One platform, three ways to work.
Ways to work: gigs, long projects and full-time roles
Trade categories, from plumbing to ICT
Profiles checked before they go live
Country focus: built only for Botswana
Our training and accreditation partners help make sure every verified skill on Tiro Connect is the real thing.
